Yes. Most Pacific State products are made to order. This helps reduce excess inventory and allows us to build collections intentionally.

Contact us as quickly as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once production begins, edits or cancellations may no longer be available.

Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment preparation before shipment.

When does shipping time begin?+

Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include production time.

Will I receive tracking?+

Yes. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent when available.
